“My career at Ouman started in 2002 as an intern in production. I really enjoyed my time in Ouman, and after the internship I got a summer job, which led to a permanent position. In the beginning, I worked mainly with sensor production, unit controller testing and assembling. After a while, I moved to the warehouse, where I worked for several years in addition to controller testing and assembly. My years of working here have also included some tasks from the financial administration. In 2016 I transferred more to production management and worked as a helping hand and a backup for the production manager at the time. From 2019 onwards I became a supervisor and took on the responsibility of production. My other responsibilities include stock purchases and acquisitions together with our purchase manager. During these years in Ouman my work has changed a lot and all the tasks have always been meaningful, which is why I’ve liked working here for so long. I have been able to advance in my career and do a lot of different things. Over the years, the company has also grown and developed a lot. We have always had a nice team of colleagues here, which has made this a really good place to work.”
