Our history is long, comprising of three separate companies: Enerpoint, Ouman, and Ekonor. Below you'll see a brief timeline of our history's main events.

Enerpoint founded

Ouman founded

Enerpoint founds its factory in Kuressaare

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificate for Ouman

Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)

ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. It helps organizations improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste.

Quality Management System (ISO 9001)

ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to. This standard is based on several quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement. These principles are explained in more detail in ISO’s quality management principles. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good-quality products and services.
